At Santa Fe Natural Tobacco Company we try to operate in as transparent a manner as possible. Therefore, our advertising is simple, straightforward, and information-based, with the goal of educating smokers about our natural tobacco products.
No marketing to minors and non-smokers
Santa Fe Natural Tobacco Company believes that smoking is an adult choice. Therefore, we market only to smokers 21 years of age or older. Each year, we supply our retailers with updated “Age Reference” decals to help prevent sales to minors and remind the retailers to verify the age of persons purchasing Natural American Spirit or any other tobacco products.
Santa Fe Natural Tobacco Company is a signatory to the Master Settlement Agreement (MSA) and as such we meet all our obligations and make all required payments.
We don’t encourage non-smokers to start smoking, nor do we encourage smokers to smoke more.
