How do I tell my Smoker Stories?
It’s simple – all you need do is submit your best stories to us, in written, video or audio format. They can be as short or as long as you wish. Typed entries are great, but if you plan to write out your entries by hand, please make your entries as legible as possible. Audio and video stories should be sent to us on a disc.
In order to take part, you’ll need to do a couple things:
In order to take part in Smokers Stories, and to be eligible to receive an organic cotton t-shirt, we must be able to verify that you are a smoker aged 21 or over, and a U.S. resident. So, you need to download and complete the age verification and release forms and send them along with your entry. You can download and print out the forms below.

Forms downloaded from this page require that you have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. If you do not have Acrobat Reader, click here to download and install the program.
Can I send more than one story?
Yes. Feel free to submit as many stories as you want, but since we want to have enough shirts for everyone, we’re limiting that offer to one T-shirt per person.
How long do I have?
Submissions for this round of Smoker Stories will be accepted until Oct. 1, 2009. This is an ongoing program, and we will always welcome your stories, but in order to qualify to receive a free 100% organic cotton t-shirt, you need get your entry to us before the above date.
Is my personal information safe?
Yes. The only information we would include in future marketing efforts would be your first name and last initial, as attribution on your story. To view our policy for the collection and use of consumer information click here.
I have more questions.
If there’s anything else you want to know, please call us at 1-800-332-5595. You can also e-mail us at yourstory@sfntc.com, but this e-mail address is only for questions and feedback. Unfortunately, we cannot accept e-mailed Smokers Stories submissions. They must be physically mailed to us, since we need signed release and age verification forms.
